Daily instuctions goes to all departments. Everyone hears the audio on their personal blog. ( Or they can be required at a preset time in class each day to listen to the message or instructions as the principal directs. From the min class computer.
If the instructions last for two minutes. Then that's how long everyone should be required to listen.
